I stayed in a good room with central heating, television, and a mini fridge bar. I enjoyed the view over the city. The hotel took care of the good service. The most courteous and great staff I ever met.

Grumpy staff very unhelpful. We asked them to book a taxi to take us to the bus station the next day. In the morning they had not done so and the taxis were not answering so we had to run 45 minutes to the station! Also they promised an extra bed but did not put one up, so we had to share a bed with one of the children. The hotel has no character and is a long way from the town centre.

The price and the location.
No extra blankets and the air conditioning did not warm up the room. I felt cold the whole night!

The staff were excellent, and the room was big size with its large balcony for full moon view. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the outskirts of town as well as the town centre. I didn't feel like leaving and would stay here again.
Nothing to dislike.

The atmosphere was vibrant and lively, with delicious street food stalls and live music performances. The hotel's bike hire option allowed us to explore the festival and nearby areas, adding an adventurous element to our family experience. It was a memorable weekend filled with fun and excitement for everyone.
My children wanted a dedicated play area for kids at the hotel.

The staff was really helpful, especially Nelson at reception. The budget cafe served a decent breakfast and was open 24 hours. The hotel had a lift, which was convenient.
The hotel was difficult to find from the main road and the parking situation was awkward. The beds were uncomfortably hard, like sleeping on planks of wood.

The town center, with its vibrant atmosphere and numerous restaurants, was just a short walk away. Plus, parking was included, a great convenience. We were also impressed by the kindness and helpfulness of the Portuguese receptionist. Despite being a stopover hotel, it met all our needs and provided a comfortable experience.

the traditional hotel, although a 20, minute walk from the town, met our expectations. During the week, there is a daytime bus service, and in the evenings, a taxi ride costs just €5. the small bar on, site serves snacks throughout the day, including delicious tostadas for breakfast. They were especially helpful with parking and accommodating our baby and his mother. We give five stars to the Portuguese receptionist who provided excellent service. A special mention goes to Nelson, who assisted us with our onward travel plans and resolved a payment issue promptly. The old, fashioned hospitality and cleanliness of the hotel made our stay truly enjoyable. Cons: Couldn't find any faults at all 😊.
